The procedure only exists in SYSPROCS

To be accurate, besides the entry in the SQL system catalogues, there is a
program object created for SQL sourced stored procedure (auto-written in C
programming language).
In the case of creating 4 'MyProc' SPs, system would generate *PGM objects
named MYPROC,MYPRO00001,MYPRO00002,MYPRO00003.
Auto-generated short system names are also used when SQL procedure name is
longer than 10 characters.
