Yes. Hold down the spacebar while powering up. Or with the 3488 and 3489, there should also be an "Offline Setup" option on the Online Setup menu.

Under "Customize Workstation," you can set the number of display sessions (0 to 4), and whether or not there is a printer session, and set addresses for the sessions. F8 should get you to the printer type selection screen.

With multiple display sessions, you ought to set background colors, so that you can tell them apart at a glance. In "Online Setup" (shift-Attn), press F8 until you get to a screen listing background colors for various sessions, and then tweak them as desired. On our 3489, I use black for 1, very dark green (11G) for 2, very dark blue (20B) for 3, dark brown (21R + 7G) for 4, and dark gray (10R + 8G + 13B) for inactive: dark enough that they don't interfere with text legibility, but light enough that you can see them and tell them apart.
