I was simply referring to the fact it IS the 20th Anniversary of the release of the product named AS/400.  I believe it's correct to say Happy 20th Birthday AS/400, as Timothy Prickett Morgan wrote in his article.  
If you're going to celebrate th etechnology then you'd really have to say Happy 30th Birthday (S/38).
