While some licensed programs weren't refreshed for v5r4:
5722 	VI1 base 	V5R3M0 	Ship level

5722XW1 wasn't one of them:
5722 	XW1 base 	V5R4M0 	Refreshed

You need a v5r4 key for a v5r4 system....
