My client (a multinational pharma co.) is subject to SOX as well as FDA 
validation rules.  On our development system we have Quality Assurance and 
User Acceptance Testing environments that are refreshed periodically from 
production data.

When a problem occurs in production, we can usually replicate the problem 
and debug it in the corresponding QA or UAT environment, since we don't 
generally debugging in production...
