Even then it shouldn't be "carried over". Setting PRDLIB on the  
SBMJOB command should only affect the job in which SBMJOB itself is  
running--not the job resulting from the SBMJOB command.

PRDLIB is different from the other library lists. It is meant to be  
used ONLY while a particular command or menu is active. Once you  
start another job that command or menu is no longer active.
