For anyone that has prior experience. Our serial attached console pc has
detached from the system and will not communicate over its normal COM port.
Service wants us to do a cold boot to reset the async card software. Being
almost a 24/7 shop this is pretty inconvenient. Any advice as to how to
force it to communicate short of the reboot?
