  The QSQXRLF API can be used to create missing Catalog VIEW files in 
QSYS2.  Refer to the following link to an archive message; note that 
OPTION(01) is meant, as noted in a separate reply in that thread, for 
the feature to install.  Regarding the install alluded to in that link, 
just SAVLICPGM OPTION(01) of the OS into a save file and then perform 
the RSTLICPGM OPTION(01) from that save file.  If there are errors that 
indicate the need, then as Rob alludes in a reply to this thread, RCLSTG 
SELECT(*DBXREF) may be required.
