If it's the one I think it is,  About 18" Tall, sharp cornered rectangle 
front with a clear plastic slide over the power on/off button and two 
extra cables from the back of the UPS to the 170 itself. (None of the 
pictures on the EATON website show this unit but its the one shipped with 
many MANY 170s.)
In that case those batteries are SUPER common and can be had at any 
battery place.   Here is one link:

You will need sets of four. There are three drawers in the UPS of which 
you may have one, two or three installed.  Always replace the batteries in 
all the drawers or you will overcharge the good ones trying to keep the 
weak ones charged.

Does anyone no what kind of batteries are inside a 9910-080 UPS attached 
to
a 170 box? I don't really want to drive for 6 hours to find out!
Something like 4x 12v 7ah?
