DSPFD won't give it to you.
You can use iSeries Navigator, right click on the table and select
"Generate SQL...".
Or you could write a program that uses the API yourself. The API to use
is Generate Data Definition Language (QSQGNDDL) API
You might find that somebody has already put together such a program.
