Multiple Monitors

I have the same issue: too *much* physical real estate causes problems.  
The 24" monitor (I got an HP LP2465 on a screaming deal for $399 a while 
back) pretty much takes up my entire peripheral vision.  Any more and I 
turn into a bobble-head.  And 1900x1200 is really a whole lot of space; 
it's equivalent in pixels to nearly two monitors running at 1280x1024.

Also, two years ago I had the issue that I was running through a KVM, 
and it's hard to find dual-monitor KVMs.  I still use a KVM, but with 
the wonders of virtualization I almost never switch anymore - I'm down 
from four Windows machines and a Linux box to one Windows server and one 
Windows workstation.
