  FWiW the correct way to restore objects that are missing from a 
product or option is to reinstall the product.  In the case of the RST* 
commands in QSYS, that would be via a D-mode IPL to install the OS.  The 
reinstall is the /correct/ method because there may be dependencies 
and/or actions required beyond just restore to effect full recovery of 
objects in a production [option]; however that is of course, atypically 
[if ever] an issue for *CMD objects.
