I just place SENDPAsv [0 | 1] in the line before my actual FTP line in
my CL ?

SENDPASV subcommand (Specify whether PASV subcommand is sent)
Use this subcommand to specify whether or not a PASV subcommand is

by the FTP client to the FTP server for data transfer or when issuing
the DIR and LS subcommands. The default is ON, which sends the PASV
subcommand.
Enter the SENDPAsv subcommand as follows:
SENDPAsv [0 | 1]
SENDPAsv You can abbreviate subcommands to the most unique series
of
characters.
