Also, from the command line he can type in
NSLOOKUP MYCOMPANY.COM
and he should get something back like:
Server: gdsdns.dekko-1
Address: 10.10.4.250

Nonauthoritative answer:
Name: MYCOMPANY.COM
Address: 208.239.76.34

Press ENTER to end terminal session.

On my system 10.10.4.250 is one of the entries in CFGTCP option 12.
