This is cool, and this allows you to do it from iNav. I'm just not a fan of trying to format QCMDEXC statements on the fly. If the command is at all complex, I'd suggest REXX as an alternative.

The downside is that you have to execute the SQL using a cursor, while the upside is that you can easily execute conditional logic on a row by row basis and you can prompt for your commands. And you don't have to worry about quoted strings, either.
