Hi John,

How do I specify a keyring file using the FTP command? There does
not seem to be a command line parameter. Related questions: What is
a keyring file and how is it maintained?

"keyring file" is the old (circa V4R4) name for what's now known as a "certificate store".

Have you created the *SYSTEM certificate store in the Digital Certificate Manager (DCM)? Have you verified that the profile for the IBM FTP client is set up properly in the DCM?
