JUST upgraded LEI today (all to 8.0.2). When you run the LEI upgrade it
pretty much does an install. It uses something called "VNC". This
process is heavily dependent on 5799PTL. Also, if you are running 6.1 you
should use 540 of PTL. If you are running 540 or earlier you should run
451 of PTL. There is a Lotus SPR out there that will allow you to use 540
of PTL on 540 of i to do the LEI install.
