Thank you.  Your post was the key to figuring this out.

I finally got a chance to look at this today (It had not been high 
priority because it worked OK wired).  After a complete factory reset, 
followed by a full setup, I could only get it to work with a 192.168.34 
IP, which conflicted with the Ricoh laser we have.  I tried other 
addresses (each after a complete factory reset) and none would work.   
The printouts just went into the ozone.  Disappeared from the system, 
but never printed.

I had gotten to the point that, come Monday, I was going to swap 
wireless cards with another Zebra to see if that was it.  Then I decided 
to reread the responses to my original post.

After reading yours I thought, I wonder if the Zebra Wireless Setup 
Wizard (run in Windows) is doing it's dirty work under the covers?  So I 
reran that Wizard, making _sure_ I entered 192.168.0.47.  After that, it 
worked.

If I look at the front panel of the printer, it _says_ it's IP is 
192.168.0.047.

A System i ping to 192.168.0.47 works.
A System i ping to 192.168.0.047 works.

A Windows ping to 192.168.0.47 works.
A Windows ping to 192.168.0.047 fails, because it actually pings 
192.168.0.39.

I still do not understand why the 192.168.0.34 worked.
