Why wouldn't it be available to those query users? Any VIEW can use a
UDF. And I've written a FAQ at faq.midrange.com on how to make aservice
program subprocedure into a UDF and put it in a view.can
Having users query tables (and figure out join this to that and ...)
be numbing. Create good views. After all, you've played with querytools
and the first thing they do is force you to create meta data. Andmuch of
the cool stuff that meta data does can be done with good views.
