&NAMEOK is message key NOT the response. You need to specify the
MSGKEY of the message you sent in order to get the associated
response but nowhere do you define where you expect to receive the
response.
Also, why are you not using SNDUSRMSG? It will do all this and save
you from getting the plumbing correct.
