Sorry, Kurt, but you are wrong. "You" is the subject. The best way to analyze
sentences, when they are questions is to reformat the question as a statement
(at least, that's the way I used to teach English grammar 30+ years ago). In
this case, simply re-word it as "You are calling whom a toady." Instead of
"Whom" you could substitute a proper name (say, Kurt), if it helps to make more
sense. "Whom" (or Kurt) is the object, not "You".
