No it isn't Jim. If they try the number of times in system value QMAXSIGN
then the action in QMAXSGNACN occurs. Which is one of the following:
1=Disable device
2=Disable profile
3=Disable device and profile

However, none of them mark a profile as expired. Only disabled (chosen
the right one).
But I am trying to ensure he's using the right terminology also.
