This is pretty interesting.  The thing that I am a little uncertain 
about, and may not be related, is that the passthrough I/O module, the 
one with the 5 cat5 cables running out of it (labeled A-E) is OK as 
reported by the AMM but none of the cables light up an Ethernet port 
when plugged in to a switch.

On the AMM the SOL config is like this:

Serial over LAN  

SOL VLAN ID:     4095
BSMP IP address range:     10.10.10.80

But that is about it.
