Pete,

On that second jpg link I clicked on the Create Device button and it
said it created it. You might want to check and see...

R&D (and hope you get this figured out)

Subject: No joy on the first IPL of the JS12 Blade

I created a media library on VIOS and uploaded an image file of the
I_BASE_01 CD and assigned it to the virtual optical drive in the
partition (vtopt0). When I IPL I get a "B2004158 LP=002" SRC that
basically says it can't find the load source.

General properties of the partition can be seen here:

Optical device properties can be seen here:

This could be a "generic" message. It could be that the iso is bad. I
created it using a windows utility that creates an iso from a CD since
my 270 at V5R3M0 can't seem to read the media.

See anything out of the ordinary?

Pete
