I see it on all of the systems I have access to (V5R3 through V6R1).
Sounds like you've lost an exit point, not just the exit point program
registration. I've read about a problem like this once on this list, so you
may have some luck searching the archive for a 'missing exit point'.
If I recall correctly, IBM had to get involved and had some custom
instructions on how to restore the exit points to the registration facility.

So, um... What do we do from here?
