List,

We are looking for recommendations on CRM/Sales Force Management/Contact
Management-type software. We would prefer a System i based package in order
to integrate it with our current DB2 for i database tables but we've been
looking at Windows-based systems too. I would be interested in any
suggestions any of you might have, what your companies are using and how you
feel about the software. TIA
