Have you mapped a network drive to the IFS folder on the iSeries - you might have to go to Navigator to set up a file share.

You can also use drag/drop in Navigator, I believe.

Another possibility is WDSC/RDI - whatever you might be using - can copy/paste from a local directory to an IFS part of an iSeries connection.

Or use FTP.
