Problem solved.

About a week ago, we realized that our we could not access the HTTP Admin
page through the web.  Since we were scheduled to upgrade our box this
weekend, we called IBM for help to get it working before the upgrade.  IBM
fixed the problem, but in the process they removed the CLASSPATH entry from
WRKENVVAR (*SYS).  Now that this entry has been restored, we are back in
business!
