Then what should the summary be?
Think about this
with T1 as (
  select 
    case sbtype='O' then sbqshp
    else sbqshp * (-1)
  end  as sbqshpfix
  from vsadetl
  where ...)
select sbqshpfix ...
from T1
...
group by...


SbTypE WHen 'O' Then SUM(SBQSHP)
