Not sure why your library list in the JDBC setup isn't working, but... 
  you can type a command like this:

CL: ADDLIBLE HUMANRES *LAST

The CL: prefix tells iNav that it's a CL command, it it'll run it as a 
CL command -- in this case, it'll add a library named HUMANRES to the 
library list.

Subsequent SQL statements will then take advantage of the library list 
(in *SYS naming, anyway).
