If the member hadn't changed, it should have been restored first during the
restore of the full system save.

Either, it wasn't a full system save, or something in your restore caused it
to be deleted.

How did you restore all the SAVCHGOBJ tapes?

For that matter, what parms do you use for SAVCHGOBJ?

This is what we did and lost the non-modified members. So, either
unspoken is the method to do the restore or this method will cause the
non-modified members to disappear and is a hole in a SavChgObj scenario.
