You might look into what blog software supports subscribing to each other's outlines.

In essence one person blog could be a directory of what they working on, where they making progress, with the subject header having some version # on the end, with the subscribers seeing automatically which areas got reported progress, picking what they want to respond to.

Then there is the old classic MYTHICAL MAN MONTH to put everyone in a good frame of mind regarding how best to organize the team.

Maybe this belongs on non-tech list.

project management? Running on Windows or Linux/Unix in client/server mode for group-working?
