Ah, that's the missing piece in my brain.

I too have multiple image catalogs and loaded all CD/DVD images to various
ones prior to an upgrade. I've always done it from OPT01. I erroneously
assumed that the file being in the image catalog directory was all it took.
What you're saying is even if the .bin file is already in that directory,
you still have to do the ADDIMGCLGE command for it to be recognized. In the
words of Johnny Carson "I did not know that".
