I have a customer that has a 520 that is NOT currently hooked
to the web.

They do have a DSL connection, but they have NO firewall,
NO VPN, just pc's attached to the telephone company router.

This is a VERY small account with no network folks--

What info do I need to get to the 520 using the DSL
connection ?

I will be using Iseries Access.

The 520 doesn't even have TCP/IP configured at the moment,
but I think I can talk them through that.

Is a hardware VPN like this:

what I need to look at ?
