Again, my managed services firm told me about it. I think would come in
handy for me when my wife calls me up and says 

"uh, I messed up this xcel spreadsheet, can you fix it"? LONG PAUSE.....

Uh, sure, email it to me. Long pause......

Uh, how do I do that....

At least my users here are coherent.....

Teamviewer is only free for non-commercial usage, which can get pretty
ugly if you use it for business purposes.

Commercial licenses for Teamviewer are pretty cheap, though.
