PTF download: "Product not supported"

V5R4 on model 525:

I downloaded the Websphere Application Server group PTF SF99323 and got the 
message "Product not supported" on several (but not all) 5722JV1 PTFs.  When 
I "Display Installed Licensed Programs" (option 10 on the LICPGM menu) I 
have JV1 *BASE, 5, 6, 7, and 8 installed.  When I look at the "Install 
Licensed Programs" listing, these are the only options displayed for JV1.

As an example, I successfully downloaded SI33305 and SI32643 (and others) 
for JV1 but could not download SI33010 and SI32891 (and about 70 others).

Any ideas why am I getting the "Product not supported" message?
