Watch out for this option .... setting it wrong will cause
various communications functions to stop working with no
notification. I recommend setting this at 95% or higher.

exit point to do automatic clean up after the system reaches >85%
full for longer than 1 hour. And the program gets more agressive
the longer the system stays above the threshold.
