Actually, it was clearly stated in the Memo to Users that this would
happen. But, what often happens is that:
1 - People never read the MTU.
2 - If they do, and they skip a release they skip the MTU for the skipped
release.
3 - They read that in the MTU but decide that IBM really doesn't mean that
- IOW, they can't be serious.
4 - Or they simply didn't comprehend. (Too busy, etc)
