I wouldn't be surprised if *SECADM authority wasn't still needed on
RTVDSKINF due to some of the stuff being measured; stuff that you can't
find in the IFS - DB2 or streamfile. Like:
Licensed Internal Code
Temporary space
System internal objects
Objects not in a library

I also wouldn't be surprised if WRKDIRE wasn't also still required. It
returns the stuff used by DLO's, and while, yes, DLO's are simply in the
QDLS part of the IFS anytime you monkey around with dlo's a WRKDIRE entry
is often required.
