Glad it seems to be better. What's the VE like on the rewritten SQL? I
prefer the explicit use of JOIN as it makes what you're doing more
obvious, plus including the limiting criteria on the join clause along
with the join criteria makes your intent clearer. Not so big a deal on
the inner joins, but can have a big difference on outer joins.
