Along the access path route, you can look at EDTRBDAP to see if or how many paths needs rebuilding. Options on that screen to temporarily hold the rebuilds, or to change their sequence.

Is it possible the save 
was done with ACCPTH(*NO) or that the target system was installed beyond 
_only_ LIC and OS; e.g. was QUSRSYS installed?
