SNDDST - error with a diff. email address

This one is ticking me off! 

I have set up a CL which uses the following:

DCL        VAR(&EMAIL) TYPE(*CHAR) LEN(50) +  
             VALUE('NICOLE@xxxxxxxxxxxxx')    

and then this at the end of the procedure:

SNDDST     TYPE(*DOC) TOINTNET((&EMAIL)) DSTD('DOWNLOAD  
             REQUEST') MSG('Here is the daily MRP +      
             download for Superior.  If questions, +     
             please respond to +                         
             jcampbell@xxxxxxxxxxxxx') CFMDEL(*NO) +     
             USRID(JK1 AMEREQIP) DOC(&DOC) FLR(EMAIL)    

Now this works GREAT when I DECLARE  my OWN home email address, yet ends normally but produces no email (I'm tracking it on the Exchange Server) when I use the above declared email address??

Any ideas what I am doing WRONG?
