If they are running FTP/SSL for others, then it should work for your
iSeries. There are several free FTP clients out there that you can run
on your PC to verify that they have FTP/SSL available. I use Once you
verify that you can connect from your network to their server, you can
then start configuring your iSeries to connect to them.
