The printer wants a caret to bracket some data and I've always used
logical not (x5F) which translates to ASCII x5E - the caret. The5224
printer, however, is seeing xAA which, visually, appears to be the
logical not. It works fine on the twinax devd version which is a

I've tried various MFRTYPMDL parameters but no luck. On the PC,
a Generic/Text Only config but I've tried Epson FX850 also.is
Thought I might need to specify a PDT on the Printer Setup (as
suggested also on the IBM printer galactic database) but the PDT box
grayed out.
Any suggestions? Thanks.
