No, you cannot specify a prefix or qualifier on the /COPY or the /INCLUDE.
What you can do is to prefix or qualify the statements in the copybook.
But that will be a manual process. For example, if you have a standard
Program Status Data Structure (commonly used in RPGLE) then prefix or
qualify the data structure in the copy book.
