Not sure if Opentext is still supporting the product. 

Does ths customer have support ?  If so you should be able to talk to
Opentext. 

Might be time to move to something else such as our WebDocs product :-)

We have done Spyview spool file conversions if the customer needs
assistance.

which became Opentext.

Anybody using it? Familiar with it? Are they still in business? These
