Well 4 reasons to keep the 270

1) Separation of development and production machine for Sox purposes.
2) It still runs fast and reliably
3) Ripoff licensing on moving BCD software to the new machine (see #1)
4) It makes a sturdy doorstop!
The new machine is to get current on OS level and get new hopefully long 
lasting hardware on a crucial resource.
