Blowing smoke. Side A and Side B are for LIC. Temp apply goes to B.  
Perm apply goes to A too. LIC doesn't exist in libraries so *LIBL has  
no role.

OS and LPP PTFs are temp applied by renaming the existing object and  
installing the fix under the real name. A perm apply simply deletes  
the original renamed object. A temp remove simply reverses the first  
rename. A perm remove reverses the rename and deletes the fix. Actual  
processes are slightly more complex than that but that's the gist.
