Iain,

I wrote an article on shutting the attention light off for our
customers, and it was in our September Newsletter, here is the link
http://www.itechsol.com/documents/newsletter-2008-09.pdf In addition, you
should look at the level of code on your FSP. I have found that older
versions of FSP code seem to put that light on more frequently than if you
are running at 01_SF240.

I get called into accounts all the time, and I am always amazed that
so many of the smaller shops are running the same OS, same PTFs, same FSP
code that was all installed when the original BP installed the machine. The
problem is you can't make the jump from 01_SF225 to 01_SF240 in one step,
you will hose the FSP.

Subject: Yellow warning light on console always on

Hi All

I have a yellow warning light on the front of my i-520 which is always on.

There are no errors/problems etc.

Anyone know how I turn it off ?

Best Regards

Iain Wilson
