Yes, except that one of them died, and given that we've been burned more
times by UPSs failing (and cutting off the power) while the line power
was just fine, than we've been saved by UPSs during power outages, it
may be some time before we replace it (I've given up trying to convince
the boss). And I don't think we have enough capacity on the surviving
UPS to put another box on it.
One thing is for damn sure: we get another UPS, we're also going to get
at least one more "Sentry Failsafe Transfer Switch" for failover
protection. Much cheaper than fitting our WinDoze and Linux boxes with
dual-input power supplies.
